Jams of High Provence are prepared by old fashion, with fruit and cane sugar. Fruits have been soaked in a concentrated syrup of sugar, then cooked in a cauldron in the open air in order to preserve their savours and original textures. This mode of cooking gives to them a single and true taste. They are 100% natural, without additive, dye or conservative. It is recommended to air them before their consumption at ambient temperature to fully benefit the taste of the fruits.
The "Confituriers of Provence" guarantee a content of fruits ranging between 55% and 45% for extra jams and marmalades.
